There is a dangerous kind of readiness:

“Sir आएंगे तो यह register सामने रखना.”

“उस दिन chemical यहाँ से हटा देना.”

“यह broken pallet पीछे कर देना.”

“Temperature sheet पूरी कर देना.”

That is not FSSAI Readiness.

That is inspection-day decoration.

The real objective is:

आज Inspector नहीं आ रहा है. फिर भी सब ठीक है.

Because the food is there every day.

The consumer is eating every day.
