Open Letter to Government & Regulators
Title: Don’t Trap Us in Red Tape – Build the Shortcut Highway
Dear Government Sir & Regulatory Uncle,
Kya bolun… dealing with your world feels like crossing Sholay ka kaala pathar — endless, slow, and scary.
You give us subsidies, tax breaks, R&D grants — but with forms thicker than railway time tables. A pivot to you is “failure,” but to us it’s survival.
Example? One founder I know waited 14 months for an FSSAI approval for a probiotic drink. By the time approval came, competition had already taken the market. This is not regulation — it’s strangulation.
You ask for “job creation reports” while we’re still figuring payroll. You want matching funds from founders who don’t even have rent money. Yeh kisne design kiya system?
We need fast-track startup desks, flexible grants, affordable legal help. Don’t make laws a jungle, make them a shortcut highway.
🎬 Filmy Mic Drop: “Jab tak hai jaan, hum innovate karenge. Bas aap raste ka pathhar hata dijiye.”
Sincerely,
An Always-Wrong But Still-Trying Startup Founder
