Dear Digital Marketing & Ad Agency Wale Dost,

Meeting you feels like auditioning for a Bollywood movie—lots of glitter, very little substance, and a big bill at the end.

You sell big brand campaigns, celebrity endorsements, and splashy hoardings. Perfect for Pepsi. But I’m a founder trying to find 50 early adopters who’ll at least try my organic jaggery snack. Mujhe TRP nahi, mujhe trial chahiye.

Example? One founder spent ₹5 lakh on a “brand launch campaign.” End result? One article in a trade magazine nobody reads and a 20-second Instagram reel with 300 views (mostly the founder’s family).

We don’t want polished slogans that win awards for you. We need scrappy, testable, cheap tactics—SEO, content, memes, WhatsApp groups. Fail fast, learn fast, grow cheap.
