Packaging Unit (Bottles, Pouches, Cartons, Vacuum & Shrink Wrap)

1. What is this item?

A dedicated packaging hall that integrates multiple lines—bottle filling, pouch sealing, carton erecting, vacuum packing, and shrink‐wrap tunnels—so your products (juices, jams, oils, pickles, powders, etc.) get that final glow-up before hitting the market.

2. How is the Quantity Estimated?

• Throughput: Based on daily output—e.g., if you produce 2,000 bottles, 3,000 pouches, and 500 cartons per day, size machines accordingly.

• Floor Space: Typically 1,000–1,500 sq ft for a small-medium unit; scale up by 20–30 sq ft per extra packaging line.

• Shifts: One or two shifts per day determines machine count and buffer/storage area size.

3. What are the Cost Components?

• Packaging Machinery:

o Bottle rinser–filler–capper

o Rotary pouch filler–sealer

o Automatic carton erector–packer
