16. Mission for Pulses:..The mission aims at Atmanirbharta in Pulses for all pulses with special focus on Tur, Urad, Masoor. Special attention to be paid to Warehousing solutions apart from procurement.

Scheme Overview:

Aims to achieve self-sufficiency in pulses (Tur, Urad, Masoor) through:

• Productivity enhancement (Target: 1,000 kg/ha from current 750 kg/ha)

• Warehousing solutions (Reduce post-harvest losses <5%)

• Procurement assurance (25 lakh MT annual procurement target)
