Interesting Snippet:
Dahi Vada Comes from a Very, Very Old Family!
Fun Facts
Our ancestors were also fond of something suspiciously close to “CHAAT”! Ancient texts describe Vatakas made from soaked pulse, ground on stone and fried in oil or ghee. Some were even dropped into a sour gruel preparation. Like today’s Dahi Vada's are soaked in Curd.
Time Pass
Sounds rather familiar, doesn't it? Next time someone calls Dahi Vada modern-day junk food, ask them to respect its age!
