A 400 g White Bread may cost around ₹40, while a genuine Brown Bread can cost around ₹70. Much of its nutritional advantage comes from additional whole wheat and fibre. But in the entire loaf, we may be paying that ₹30 extra for roughly 10–15 grams of additional dietary fibre.
